But it definitely wasn't large enough for me to access the vibrate toggle without taking the iWood off. They have shipped me a new iWood as of this morning. They mentioned talking to Apple about my specific serial number because the problem with the stuck volume button didn't happen on my friend's 4GB iPhone or another 8GB- very strange.
